complain.

whine,
gripe,
grumble.

unnecessary,
minute,
insignificant
words,
flowing
freely
from your lips;
unbounded,
like
they
deserve
to
pollute
my air.

I don’t want it.

I
don’t
want
it.

I do not
want
the toxicity;
the negativity;
the oppression
of your
meaningless
words.

shrinking,
suffocating,
wasting,
my every breath.

complain.

whine,
gripe,
grumble.

words.

unnecessary,
minute,
insignificant
words.

they travel
through my lungs
like a toxin
poisoning
every particle,
every cell,
every channel,
that they touch.

how
are you
still breathing?
